Tomorrow the Vikes take on the Lions. Not that long ago this would have been an easy “w” for the boys in purple. This year not so much.
Anyway, I will admit this is childish but to keep the Lions fans off base I offer this.

When the Lions drafted Ware, I thought we were destined for Super Bowl after Super Bowl. Then Ware could not beat out Rodney Peete. No Super Bowl yet.
Back in the day, I had a Vikings hate like he’s wearing.. Those hats were so cool, cool enough that Mitchell and Ness are re-making them now.
Well, sorry that didn’t work out for you, but if it makes you feel any better, it was hilarious for me to watch the Vikes blow another huge lead and allow the Lions to end a losing streak against them.

That was for trash-talking in favor of a team that had choked both of its games so far and bringing up Andre Ware to deride a team on a nice winning streak since last season. I don’t really bear any ill will toward your state (except for every one of your pro and college hockey teams), especially the Twins! Good luck to your guys on what’s hopefully a second-place finish behind the revamped Lions!
